Meter hooding is a privilege extended to allow providers of commercial services and extended events to park vehicles necessary to the performance of the service, on an intermittent and temporary basis, near to the work site where off-street parking is not available or inadequate. Vehicles parked at meter hoods are permitted only as required to perform a service. Meter hooding shall not be used for general employee or convenience parking.
Public Ferry cruises are scheduled throughout the day. The ferry offers service to four landing locations along the Oklahoma River. Fares can be paid as you board the boat, in advance with Token Transit, or in person at the Regatta Park Landing ticketbooth.

In April 2008, Oklahoma River Cruises launched ferry transit service along a seven-mile stretch of the Oklahoma River with the Devon Discovery. Shortly thereafter, the Devon Explorer and Devon Pioneer joined the fleet, offering additional ferry service, specialty cruises and private charters.
