EMBARK is teaming up with community organizations to provide free vaccines and health services to the public. This free community health fair will take place Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Downtown Transit Center, 420 N.W. 5th St., Oklahoma City. The Oklahoma City-County Health Department will be administering all three COVID vaccines from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

“This is EMBARK’s eighth community health fair. Making heath care services accessible to all is more important than ever before. Over the years, hundreds of our customers, residents, and employees have participated in this annual event,” said Kristen Torkelson, EMBARK’s Community Engagement Liaison. “We’re grateful to our community partners and essential employees who show up to make this event possible.”

In addition to providing vaccines, the health fair also will offer free information regarding Neighborhood Services Dental Clinics, EMBARK Special Services, Metro Tech, Oak Street Health, and the Salvation Army.

This event is free and open to the public. Masks will be required and indoor capacity at the Downtown Transit Center will be limited. Those wanting to attend are encouraged to use public transportation. Plan your trip at embarkok.com.
